A. Willcox Residence

Westerhall / Grenada

This house was originally designed in the nineteen sixties by the late Beresford Willcox and is one in a series of vacation homes built at Westerhall Point Development. As with most Willcox projects, the house was built in harmony with the environment, and exhibits details such as interior gardens, water features, vertical louvers, open timber slatted doors, and outdoor living space.

With the advent of hurricane Ivan in 2004 the house was badly damaged and COCOA was commissioned to undertake a complete renovation. The house was rebuilt in its entirety, while retaining much of the original design features.
