This residence located in the gated community of Westerhall Point was designed in the late 1960’s by the late architects, Beresford and Kari Willcox. The project offered COCOA the opportunity to restore the home to its ‘former glory’ by stripping away unsuitable renovations which were not in accord with the design intentions of the original architects. A self-contained flat was added, along with modernizing the home and upgrading the furniture and fixtures.
