The design of the Lowther’s Lane Financial Complex is the winning competition entry for a new state of the art facility housing seven separate government departments in an efficient footprint. The site encompasses two portions – one measuring 21,244 sq. ft. where the building will be located, and a 30,000 sq. ft. connected site to accommodate parking. Designed as ‘a smart-green building’ the project utilizes a Building Management System to provide security, fire protection, and monitoring energy consumption.
