To minimize the impact of the wind gusts and ocean sprays on the property, a serpentine wall was designed to wrap the exposed east side of the home.

A ‘U’ shaped living space is placed centrally and flanked on one side by four bedrooms with service functions on the opposite side. Coral stone blankets the exposed weather side of the house, combined with robust, exotic timber, travertine and wood floors throughout.
