To limit the infrastructural costs of this project, the ground level was partially built into the ground which allowed the structure of the building to serve as a retainer. The ground level contains an open-plan living space opening to a patio running the length of the building, while the upper level is fully occupied by the master bedroom. A swimming pool and deck is place at the lowest level for ease of access to the sea in the forefront.
