Designed with a structural steel frame, the building has large open areas to provide flexibility that allows the spaces to be reconfigured differently for the changing needs of the store. Large shop-front windows provide maximum visibility from the road to the interior. The steel members are left exposed on the inside along with lighting, AC ducting, and a polished concrete floor to maintain an industrial aesthetic.
