Emerging from the hillside of the Corinth peninsula on the southeastern coast of Grenada, two dwellings subtly make their presence known, almost camouflaged by their earthy hue amidst the foliage. The concrete structures are embedded into the steeply sloped 1,500 square metre site. The precision of their arrangement in plan and section is a response to minimize impact on and achieve harmony with the natural topography.

Full height operable louvers define the north façade of Unit 1, maximizing air flow. Passive cooling is provided from the pond flowing from the outside to the inside of the house.
