COCOA in a joint partnership with the Rotary club of Grenada is developing a park at the Quarantine Point location. This project centered on the design of a master plan for the 9.5 acres site. Elements of the master plan include parking, lighting, a multi-functional pavilion, public furniture with rest areas, pedestrian paths and beach access all set within the park’s landscape.

The developed site will function as a space for public use, one amongst a dwindling stock of public spaces in Grenada.
