Project Description:
Following a trajectory that prioritizes sustainable infrastructure, the key drivers of the design was the Crochu River which bisects the expansive site in the low-lying wetlands. A strategic plan was developed with the river serving as a focal design feature, augmented by natural bathing pools, jogging paths and lush landscaping along its length. Collectively, these elements of the site provided an ideal setting for two levels of condominium units bridging the span of the river, along with luxury villas and a main service building containing the office, a restaurant and shops at the ocean front.
