A manicured garden with a water feature at arrival , introduces a fluid sequence of transitional spatial experiences, leading into an open-plan living space, expanding into the covered patio and pool deck, then merging visually with the ocean beyond.

Bamboo screens offer a counterpoint to the ‘clean’ volumetric structure of the design, imparting a natural tactility to the building envelope and transmitting a softened light to the interior spaces.
