The Client’s brief gave rise to a stepped, multi-level structure, designed to capture visual connection with the ocean in the distance. The ground level of the home accommodates a self-contained flat, laundry, storage and a 2-car garage. An open-plan living space at mid-level, seamlessly integrates the patios and swimming pool at the periphery of an uncovered deck. The private spaces of the bedrooms on the upper level survey the entire site and enjoy privileged views to the ocean.
