On Grenada’s southeast coast at Hope Estate is La Pointe Boutique Resort. It comprises a main building, a club house with a green area as well as cabanas and villas anchored into the hillside of the concave site. At the very tip of the peninsula is a timber clad spa that overlooks the ocean. The design integrated eco-friendly proposals with the goal of minimizing waste and reducing energy consumption by the development in the long term.
