This project was designed to be built in 2 phases. Phase 1 accommodates two levels of storage anchored into the excavated hillside, enabling efficient access for deliveries, storage and the servicing of the Client’s business.

The second part of the programme provides for three apartments with interchangeable accommodations intended for the Client’s staff or rental units for the public. The rooftop deck offers a shared space for relaxation and the serene experience of evening sunsets.
