With the continuous expansion of the institution’s curriculum and increased student enrolment, the campus facilities require suitable upgrades to keep pace with the demands of the institution.

Over the course of a long-standing relationship with the Client, COCOA has provided a wide range of services including master planning, design of offices, service and ancillary buildings, renovations to existing study halls, in addition to the design of several covered open-air study pavilions which were commissioned to offer students a safe environment with the advent of the Covid 19 pandemic.
