Project Description:

Seeking to maximize the development potential of this prime location, the project has resulted in an efficient, yet elegantly designed commercial complex. A key consideration for the building entails flexible, high value rental spaces to accommodate a mix of tenants.

Positioning the building on the site was an important factor that allowed for an axial pedestrian walkway leading from the front of the site through the building’s circulation corridor. Vehicular flow is made easy by keeping the parking on the periphery of the site. A cantilevered deck wraps the southeast corner of the building, demarcating the main entry. A deep, partially covered ‘green space’ l, and roof top deck hooves above.
